Ingredients you’ll need

Everything you need to make this cozy caffeine-free latte:

  • Pumpkin puree – Adds authentic flavor and silky body
  • Maple syrup – Sweetens naturally with warm undertones
  • Pumpkin pie spice – Cozy blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
  • Vanilla extract – Soft sweetness for balance
  • Salt – Just a pinch to round out the flavors
  • Whole milk – Creamy, frothy base for the latte
  • Whipped cream – Optional topping for café-style flair
  • Pumpkin pie spice – To dust over the whipped cream

Easy substitutions

  • Dairy-Free: Use almond, oat, or soy milk, and top with dairy-free whipped cream.
  • Different Sweetener: Honey, agave, or brown sugar can be swapped for maple syrup.
  • Extra Frothy: Blend the hot mixture for 20–30 seconds before serving.

Samantha’s recipe tips

  • Don’t boil the milk – Keep the heat low to avoid scalding.
  • Adjust sweetness – Add more or less maple syrup to taste.
  • Use fresh pumpkin pie spice – Old spices lose their warmth and aroma.

How to store

Best enjoyed fresh, but you can refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, then froth again before serving.
