- Milk arrowroot biscuits – form the buttery, crumbly base. Can also use Marie biscuits or any plain sweet biscuits such as plain digestive biscuits.

How to make easy no bake pumpkin spice bars

Step 1: Melt butter and brown sugar together until dissolved.

- Combine and Press: Pour the crushed biscuits into the saucepan with the melted mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Add to Pan: Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the lined pan to create the base. Place in the fridge while you make the topping.
- Sift Icing Sugar and Spice: Sift powdered sugar and pumpkin pie spice into a medium-sized mixing bowl to ensure no lumps.
- Add Butter and Milk: Pour in melted butter and milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thick.
