- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Line a regular 12-hole muffin pan with paper cupcake liners and set aside.
