  • 250 g (8.9 oz.) Marie biscuits, or Arrowroot or Plain Digestive biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 395 g full-fat sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Process Biscuits: In a high-speed food processor, crush biscuits into a fine crumb. Move the crumbs to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in coconut and orange zest until well combined.
