Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 Tbsp filtered water
Method
  1. Combined ground flax and water in a small bowl, mix well.
  2. Set aside for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  3. Add to your muffins, cupcakes, cakes and more.
