Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 large ripe banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 green kiwi fruit, peeled and cubed
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp kakadu plum powder, or camu camu powder
  • 1 1/2 cups water, more if desired to thin it out

Instructions

  • Blend Ingredients: Place the strawberries, banana, kiwi, diced ginger, and your choice of kakadu plum powder or camu camu powder into a high-speed blender.
  • Process Until Smooth: Blend on high or in smoothie mode until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the texture is silky smooth.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Store: This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but you can keep it refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
 
  • Freeze: For longer storage, pour the smoothie into ice cube trays and freeze. Transfer the frozen cubes to a freezer-safe bag for easy access.
