Add Dry Ingredients: To the same bowl, add flour, baking powder, and chia seeds. Use a wooden spoon to stir until a soft dough forms.
Shape Cookies: Take about one heaped tablespoon of dough, roll it into a smooth ball, place it on the prepared tray, and gently press down to form a domed cookie. Repeat with the remaining dough, leaving a small gap between each cookies.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cookies are lightly golden and slightly cracked on top.
