Ingredients

  • 400 g (14.1 oz) canned whole potatoes, whole new potatoes
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Drain Potatoes: Place a sieve over a bowl and drain the canned potatoes, discarding the liquid. Alternatively, open the can slightly and drain off the liquid.
  • Prepare Potatoes: Transfer the potatoes to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Season: Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange in Air Fryer: Pour the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spread out for even cooking.
  • Cook: Air fry at 400ºF (200ºC) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally for even crisping.
  • Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store: If you have leftovers, they can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Freeze: To freeze, let the potatoes cool completely, then place them in a single layer on a baking sheet to freeze individually. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze for up to 1 month.
Thaw: Thaw the potatoes in the refrigerator overnight. To re-heat, warm them in a hot oven at 400°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through and crispy.
