This Hemp Smoothie is a creamy blend of bananas, rich cocoa powder, nut butter, and a pinch of spices, making you question if you're sipping on a smoothie or indulging in a glass of chocolate milk!

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas or frozen bananas
  • 1/2 Tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter or nut/seed butter of choice
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups 500ml milk of choice

Instructions

  • Blend Ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until Smooth: Blend on high for 30 seconds or until completely smooth.
  • Garnish and Serve: If desired, garnish with extra hemp and chia seeds and a dusting of cocoa on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

This hemp smoothie is best enjoyed fresh. However, if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Give it a good shake or blend again before serving.
