1 cup heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine ingredients: In a small saucepan, add heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Heat gently: Place over medium-low heat, whisking often until steaming but not boiling, to prevent curdling.
Infuse flavor: Reduce heat to low and warm for 2 minutes, whisking occasionally so the spices infuse.
Cool & store: Remove from heat, cool for 5 minutes, then pour into a jar or bottle. Refrigerate for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
