Ingredients

  • 200 g dark, milk or semi-sweet chocolate block or chips
  • 1 Tbsp crunchy or smooth peanut butter
  • 100 g fried noodles, I use Chang’s Fried Noodles

Instructions

  • Prepare the Tray: Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Set up a double boiler with a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Add the broken chocolate and melt gently over low–medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. Turn off the heat; any remaining heat will continue melting small pieces.
  • Add Peanut Butter: Stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate using a spatula or wooden spoon until fully combined and smooth.
  • Coat the Noodles: Add the fried noodles and gently fold through until they’re completely coated in the chocolate mixture.
  • Shape the Spiders: Scoop 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture and place onto the lined tray, forming rough mounds. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Chill Until Set: Transfer the tray to the fridge and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until fully set.
  • Serve or Store: Enjoy once set, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Store chocolate spiders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Keeping them chilled helps maintain their shape and texture.
