Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies

These blondies are a mix between a cookie and a brownie. Filled with a generous amount of sweet raspberries and creamy white chocolate chips.

INGREDIENTS:

- Butter - Brown sugar - Granulated sugar  - Eggs - Vanilla - Plain flour  - Baking powder - Salt - White chocolate chips - Raspberries

STEP 1: Whisk together melted butter & both sugars

STEP 2: Whisk in the eggs

STEP 4: Mix through flour,  baking powder & salt

STEP 5: Fold through raspberries & white chocolate chips 

STEP 6: Beat in dry to create the batter
