How to make Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf using our easy method!

Step-by-step instructions! 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, leaveners, salt, poppy seeds & lemon zest.

In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the butter & sugar.

Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Beat through the yogurt, milk, lemon juice & vanilla.

Beat through the dry flour mixture until incorporated.

Pour the batter into the pan & bake for 40 minutes.

To make the lemon icing, whisk together the icing sugar & lemon juice.

Drizzle the lemon icing over the cooled loaf & allow to set. Serve & enjoy!
