GARLIC  FLATBREAD

Made in  30 minutes, topped with garlic, Italian herbs, and cooked in a fry pan. 

Easy quick dough  is created in one bowl with a 10 minute rise time

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

- Plain flour - Instant dried yeast - Salt - Warm water - Extra virgin olive oil - Garlic powder - Dried Italian herbs

STEP 1: Whisk together dry ingredients 

STEP 2: Mix through liquids & form a soft dough 

STEP 3: Divide into four quarters 

STEP 4: Roll out dough 

STEP 5: Cook in fry pan

STEP 6: Brush over olive oil & season with garlic & herbs

SERVE FLATBREAD WITH: Curries, stews, soups  & more!

CAN THIS  BE MADE  GLUTEN FREE? Yes, this garlic flatbread can be made gluten free.  I recommend using a quality gluten free plain all purpose flour blend.
