Ingredients

  • 200 g plain dark chocolate block, broken into squares, you can even try milk chocolate!
  • 1 Tbsp (20g) crunchy or smooth peanut butter
  • 100 g fried noodles I use Chang’s Fried Noodles

Instructions

  • Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.
  • Prepare a double boiler with a heat proof mixing bowl over simmering water.
  • Add broken up chocolate to the bowl and gently melt over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once completely melted, turn off heat. The residual heat remaining in the pot will continue to melt the chocolate if you still have some chunks remaining.
  • Add peanut butter and stir through with a spatula or wooden spoon until well blended with the chocolate.
  • Pour in noodles and stir through until they’re completely coated.
  • Using a spoon, scoop up 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture and place it on your lined tray, forming a chocolate mound. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  • Transfer tray to the refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes - 1 hour or until chocolate has completely set.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Store spiders in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 2 weeks.
