This simple Lemon Yogurt Cake is a one bowl classic that is soft and moist in texture. This easy lemon cake uses Greek yogurt, lemon zest, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

- Plain flour - Granulated sugar - Baking powder - Lemon zest & juice - Salt - Greek yogurt - Olive oil - Eggs  - Vanilla - Icing sugar

Beat together the sugar, eggs, lemon zest & juice.
