Snickerdoodle Cookies Without Cream of Tartar are quick to make with chewy and soft centers and a crisp coating of cinnamon sugar, just like your traditional snickerdoodles but without the tang! Only 20 minute chilling time required!

Unsalted butter Granulated sugar Brown sugar Egg Vanilla Extract All-purpose flour Cornstarch Salt Cinnamon

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter & both sugars.


Whisk through the egg.


Sift over the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and add the salt.


Mix until well combined and a soft cookie dough forms. Chill 20 minutes.


Combine cinnamon and sugar. Form cookies and roll in cinnamon sugar.


Place on baking sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes until golden and puffed.
