Whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, coffee & salt.

Cream together the butter & sugar for 2 minutes.

Beat in eggs one at a time.

Pour in milk, oil and vanilla. Beat until well combined.

Beat in flour and cocoa mixture until incorporated.

Spoon batter into the lined cake pan & bake for 30-35 minutes.
