Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Fudge with Coconut Flakes! This Simple 4-ingredient fudge is slightly rich and incredibly morish. If you’re a lover of peanut butter and chocolate, you might just be snacking on this fudge more than you think throughout your day 😉

Made with:

Peanut butter – you can use either crunchy or smooth, I used crunchy!
White chocolate – drooling!
Dark chocolate chips – for that chocolate chip goodness and sprinkled on top so they remain whole and not melted through the fudge!
Coconut flakes – because why not?
All made in a double boiler on your stove top. If you don’t have the necessary bowls or pots to create a double boiler, try making your fudge by microwaving the chocolate and peanut butter together until melted and smooth.

When do you like to enjoy your fudge? As a snack during the day or for dessert? Hope you enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (160g) crunchy or smooth peanut butter
  • 100g white chocolate block, broken into squares

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Prepare a double boiler with a heat proof mixing bowl over simmering water.
  3. Add peanut butter and chocolate to the bowl and gently melt over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.
