3-Ingredient Salted Pistachio Chocolate Fudge

This glorious 3-Ingredient chocolate fudge is going to knock your socks off! Topped with salted pistachios, this homemade fudge will satisfy your chocolate cravings anytime of day!

It’s incredibly simple method will have you creating batches upon batches. I also welcome you to get creative and switch out the pistachios for any other nuts or seeds you desire to try. Or keep it classic and enjoy the fudge without any toppings, making it 2-ingredients!

This homemade chocolate fudge is wonderful to replace those not so nice and healthy chocolate blocks from the supermarket. I tend to snack a lot on those and with this fudge in our refrigerators, at least we won’t feel as guilty! Enjoy friends!

This glorious 3-Ingredient chocolate fudge is going to knock your socks off! Topped with salted pistachios, this homemade fudge will satisfy your chocolate cravings anytime of day!

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop pistachios and set aside.
  2. Line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Prepare a double boiler with a heat proof mixing bowl over simmering water.
  4. Add almond butter and chocolate chips to the bowl and gently melt over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Ensure the almond butter has melted through with the chocolate, use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to mix well.
  6. Remove from heat and pour mixture into lined pan. Spreading it out evenly.
  7. Sprinkle over pistachios.
  8. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until completely set.
  9. Remove and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to slightly soften.
  10. Slice into bars or squares and enjoy!
  11. Keep stored in an airtight container, refrigerated.

    1. Hi Swati! You can use any other variety of nut butter or even seed butter. As long as it’s similar in texture to thick almond butter. Hope that helps! 🙂

    1. Hi Sarah! You can create a double boiler using a small pot, fill 1/4 of the way with water then place over a low/medium heat. Then place a heat proof bowl sitting on top of the pot (ensuring it doesn’t directly touch the water in the pot). Then melt the ingredients. Otherwise you can melt them together in the microwave in a heat proof bowl. Hope that helps! 🙂
