Vanilla Matcha Latte

Serves: 1 latte
  • 1½ cups almond milk or any dairy free milk of choice
  • 2 tsp Zen Wonders Matcha Powder
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup, for sweetness
  1. Heat milk in a small pot over medium-high heat until simmering around the edges, remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Add matcha powder into the bottom of a mug or glass.
  3. Slowly pour over boiling water whilst whisking, ensuring all lumps have been removed and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Whisk through vanilla.
  5. Pour in warm milk and stir through optional maple syrup.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
