Chocolate Muesli Buttons

The cutest chocolate buttons sprinkled with crunchy oven baked muesli you ever did see! Spare a quick 10 minutes to whip up a batch of these beauties?
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. In a double boiler over low-medium heat, melt chocolate, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once chocolate is smooth and completely melted, turn off heat.
  4. Dollop approx. 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate onto prepared tray, 2 inches apart. Repeat with remaining chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle a generous amount of muesli onto each chocolate round, while the chocolate is still wet.
  6. Add extra sunflower seeds and a couple of the goji berries onto each chocolate round.
  7. Set in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until chocolate has completely hardened.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
Store in an airtight container, refrigerated, for 1 week - 10 days.
I used Table of Plenty’s Crunchy Fruit Free Nutty Muesli. You can use any brand you choose or even use your own homemade muesli.
*Use vegan dark cooking chocolate for a complete vegan recipe.
