Chocolate Mocha Popsicles

Serves: 6-10 popsicles
Get summer ready with these refreshing chocolate mocha popsicles! Banana based dairy free popsicles with a fabulous mocha twist.
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup Cocobella Coconut Water
  • ¼ cup coconut cream, chilled
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 2-3 Tbsp dark chocolate, melted
  1. In a high speed food processor or blender, add all ingredients.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into a pouring jug with a spout.
  4. Fill popsicle moulds to the top.
  5. Place the bases into the moulds.
  6. Freeze popsicles for 2-4 hours or ideally overnight.
  7. To remove, hold each mould under running hot water for 5 seconds then slowly release popsicle from mould.
  8. Hold under hot water for longer if they aren’t sliding out.
  9. Place popsicles on a plate and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
I used a 6 hole popsicle mould. This recipe will suit a larger sized popsicle mould because it will make around 6-10 smaller popsicles.
