Strawberry Banana Ice-cream

  • Ice-cream
  • 2 large bananas, chopped then frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped then frozen
  • ¼ - ½ cup almond milk
  • Toppings
  • 2 Tbsp. dark chocolate, melted
  • Fresh raspberries & blueberries
  1. Before making this ice-cream, make sure you chop the banana and strawberries into smaller pieces prior to freezing it. I recommend freezing the pieces of banana in a freezer bag overnight or 3-4 hours before making the ice-cream.
  2. Place frozen bananas, strawberries and milk into a food processor or blender and blend/process on high until mixture is smooth and is to your desired consistency. Add more or less milk if needed.
  3. Ice-cream will be ready to eat straight away but can be put back into the freezer in a tupperware container for later use.
  4. Top with melted chocolate and fresh berries.
