I have created a raw cookie recipe once before and it was a huge hit, check it out here, so i thought i would try it again. I know these aren’t your typical ‘cookie’ but once you get a taste for these fruit and nut cookies, you will fall in love. The sultanas offer a natural sweetness along with the pitted dates, there is no room for refined sugar in this recipe!
I personally prefer the texture and taste once the cookies have had some time in the refrigerator, as well as storing them in the fridge. Love your cookies drizzled in melted dark chocolate? I’m sure by now you know that melted chocolate is my favourite topping to add to, well, anything sweet!
