2scoopsapprox. 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder*, or flavour you have on hand
1Tbspground coffee beansor instant coffee
1/2cupalmond butter
4Tbspmaple syrup
30gdark chocolate meltedfor drizzling, optional
Instructions
Line a small tray with parchment paper and aside.
In a high-speed food processor, add all ingredients except the chocolate.
Blend on high until well combined and mixture sticks together, resembling a soft dough. Add a little more maple syrup if it’s too dry.
Pick up approx. 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls. Place on lined tray. NOTE: if you’re not drizzling over the chocolate, place the glass straight into a container.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the bliss balls.
Place in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes or until chocolate has set.
