Total time:
Serves: 10-15 balls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pitted dates, soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds, or chia seeds as an alternative
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter, or almond butter as an alternative
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, soft room temperature
  • 2-3 Tbsp sesame seeds, for rolling
Method
  1. Drain soaked dates and set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients, except for the sesame seeds, to a high-speed food processor.
  3. Process for 20-30 seconds or until mixture sticks together. Adding more coconut oil or peanut/almond butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, if needed to help the balls stick together and hold their shape.
  4. Place the sesame seeds in a small bowl.
  5. Pick up approx. 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Roll balls in sesame seeds and place in a Tupperware container that will be used to store the bliss balls. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  7. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for 30 minutes until cold and firm.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container, refrigerated, for 4-6 days.
